Which Plan is Right for Me?

Not everyone is at the same place in their journey especially when it comes to nutrition. A super shock to the body is not always the best way to see sustainable results. And in some cases huge sudden changes in your diet (especially for women - Sorry ladies!) can be detrimental.

If you have been eating lots of processed foods and surviving on caffeine and alcohol, you will see super results with a more gentle approach. Gentle, I said, not easy! If, however, you have been eating fairly well for the majority of the time and would like a deeper detox, a plan to address gut issues, or a kickstart to a weight loss program, then a more restrictive plan may be for you.
