We take you through a comprehensive initial assessment and provide in-depth guidance and support to help you become your healthiest, happiest, and most satisfied self.
Peri/Menopause is a time of changing nutritional needs. Things like calcium and iron requirements change; and foods can also be used to help manage symptoms. We focus on nutrient-dense foods to help keep you satisfied, but we don’t label foods as “good” or “bad”! There is room in any nutritional plan for the foods you love to eat.
