I am a NAMS certified Menopause Practitioner and I can help you feel healthy and strong as you transition through the menopausal years. I am here to help and to guide. I won’t tell you what to do…or what not to do. I am here to support you, provide guidance and information and put you in the driver’s seat with a roadmap to feeling great!
