I'll be able to start you on your customized plan before you even walk through the door!

 

To help me get to know you better, the first step is for you to fill out our online health and nutrition assessment. Then, in your first appointment, we'll talk through your health history, look at any medical results, discuss habits and preferences as well as your goals to help me put together a comprehensive (but doable!) plan for you. You will fill out a food diary for at least three days prior to your initial consultation, and then we will meet and get started on your journey to health!

Midlife Nutrition and lifestyle consultations

Comprehensive consultations looking at nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress to assess and address the specific nutritional and health needs of midlife. These include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, bone health as well as any other concerns you may have. We work together in finding sustainable ways to improve your health and I assist in goal-setting to monitor progress. I will review any current bloodwork results and tailor your nutritional and lifestyle plan to address areas of concern. A great package to get your health back on track or to stay ahead of the game!

Comprehensive Initial Consultation: 60 - 90 minutes - $250

1 Hour Follow-Up Session: $145

A full hour to dive deeper into your concerns and work through challenging topics or questions. This length of follow-up is also well-suited to individuals with complex nutrition needs or simply want more time to discuss progress.

30 Minute Follow-Up Session: $95

A great option for accountability and to check in on progress. Frequent, shorter sessions may also fit your schedule better,

Midlife Kickstart Package:  10 weeks – includes Initial lifestyle consultation and 3 - hour long follow-up sessions + 2 - half hour follow ups: $835

Intuitive Eating for Midlife

A comprehensive review of your health and nutrition goals, relevant medical history and focus on your current eating practices, dieting history, and relationship with food. Together we can come up with strategies to target your areas of concern whether it be overcoming emotional eating, identifying hunger and fullness signals, overcoming the diet traps, etc.

Initial Assessment & Consultation: 60 minutes - $215

1 Hour Follow-Up Session: $145

A full hour to dive deeper into your concerns and work through challenging topics or questions. This length of follow-up is also well-suited to individuals with complex nutrition needs or simply want more time to discuss important issues.

30 Minute Follow-Up Session: $95

A great option for accountability and to check in on progress. Frequent, shorter sessions may also fit your schedule better or be suitable for individuals already familiar with Intuitive Eating.

10 Week Intuitive Eating Package: $800

1 Comprehensive Initial Consultation with 3 - hour follow ups + 2 - half hour follow ups


FITNESS CONSULTATIONS, PERSONAL & PERFORMANCE TRAINING

These consultations can be used as a single consultation to familiarize yourself with your condo gym, to help you determine the best exercise program for you (ie. HIIT vs. moderate cardio), or for personal training to get you started safely and efficiently.

Fitness Consultation and Personal Training: $120-150/hour (packages available)

3-Session Starter Package: 45 minute personal training sessions - $285

Small Group Training: $40-$80 per person depending on group size

BOOTCAMP:

Bootcamp 12-Session Package - $300

Bootcamp 6-Session Package - $180

Single Session - $35


Midlife Women’s Reset! The whole package

Comprehensive Nutrition and Fitness package to kickstart your healthier lifestyle! Need a nutrition tune up to address your midlife needs? Haven’t been to the gym (well, like forever??) and need some guidance to get started? Get a full nutrition evaluation with 10 sessions of personal training for a fully supported start to your health journey! We’ll talk through your nutrition goals every week during your sessions so it’s like a free nutrition follow up with every PT session! Have questions in between sessions? Full email and messaging support is available throughout the 6 week program!

1 Comprehensive Nutrition Consult with 10 personal training sessions: $1500

1 Comprehensive Nutrition Consult with 5 personal training sessions: $795
