We have been there.
Many of us have grown up in the diet culture. We try to bully ourselves into a “better” body. We tell ourselves certain foods are off limits and then berate or shame ourselves if we find ourselves digging into those very foods. We feel guilty and ashamed which can drive us back to those foods again and again.
We have played out this restricting/overeating/restricting/overeating cycle so many times. But the results are the same! It’s time to make a change. Just say no to restrictive dieting…and learn a better, lasting, and healthier way to eat.
