The “eat less, exercise more” philosophy may have felt like it worked a decade (or two!) ago…but it just doesn’t cut it anymore. In fact, it could even be making things worse. Changing the way you approach your relationship with food and the many symptoms you may be experiencing during this time (weight gain around the middle, insomnia, brain fog, hot flashes anyone??) is the key to feeling great.
But it’s not about deprivation; it’s not about finding a diet to help you lose 5kg in 30 days or doing high intensity exercise everyday of the week.
